SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We are committed to giving you the best shopping experience and will do our best to ensure that your order is processed, produced and shipped in a timely manner. Please note that order processing and preparation are separate from the delivery time.

After your order is placed an item requires a 3 to 5 day production average and between 7 to 10 business days for delivery. International buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

Please be advised that some item deliveries may take additional time after the item is shipped depending on the nature of the item or other unforeseeable an circumstances such as shipping delays with the respective shipping carriers.

General Shipping Rates:

o   Free Shipping in the USA for Minimum Orders of $150

  • Standard Shipping costs $8.50 in the USA (48 Contiguous States)
  • Standard Shipping costs $10.50 to Hawaii and Alaska
  • International Shipping costs $12.50

 

Shipping Time:

Domestic (United States):

o   Free Shipment takes 7-15 business days to arrive

o    Standard Shipment takes 7-15 business days to arrive

International:

o   Standard International Shipment takes 7-21 business days to arrive

 

Tracking Your Order

Tracking updates may not be available for up to 3 business days after your order ships. Once your order ships, we'll send you an email that contains tracking info and links. Still have questions? Please contact us or email: info@bahamabella.comand we'll be happy to assist you.

 

RETURNS

  • All eligible returns will be issued refunds with two available options:
  1. Refund issued in the form of a digital Gift Card worth the value of the refund amount OR
  2.  In the customer’s original form of payment with a deduction of a 25% restocking fee.
  • We must receive your return within 15 days of your order date to be eligible for a refund. 
  • Returns must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. Please include all original packaging as well as your package slip with the return. 
  • We reserve the right to refuse any items not in the original condition. 
  • Returns must be received within 15 calendar days of receiving your order (unless otherwise noted at purchase), at the Return Address location.
  • All Swimsuits and Sale items are final and cannot be returned
  • The customer is responsible for return postage.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable

*Please include packaging slip in any return/exchange. We will issue a store credit once we receive the item(s) with an email confirmation.

 

Policy & Disclaimer:

The buyer is responsible for ensuring that their address and other shipping information is entered correctly. Once your order has been placed we are unable to change the information you have entered because it is immediately processed in the system.  Bahama Bella will not be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address due to the buyer’s incorrect entry of their information for the order.

In the event that for any reason a package is returned as non-deliverable a processing and handling fee of $5.00 will be deducted from the net amount of your refund (if your item is a refund eligible item). All shipping fees are non-refundable.

In the event that you have not received a package that the tracking information states has been delivered to you - please contact the courier stated in your shipment confirmation email. Bahama Bella does not issue refunds for packages that are marked as delivered according to the tracking information provided for the order. Additionally, Bahama Bella is not responsible for any packages that have been lost or stolen in transit.

 

Please note (International Orders) : We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes and fees charged by your government.

Items will only be processed Monday - Saturday and will not be processed on Sundays or holidays. Shipping estimates do not include processing times, weekends or holidays.

Delivery times are estimates and do not include unanticipated courier delays. Please add 1 - 3 business days to our shipping estimates for addresses in rural areas.
